Beyond Dry January - Mocktails For Every Season

Who says mocktails have to be boring? Need some inspiration? We found some fun alcohol-free recipes using some of our new favorite mixes that we promise you will love!

On Glass: Tajin Rim

Add ice

3 oz Haht Mix Spicy Pineapple

3 oz Lime Seltzer

Squeeze of lime

Stir

Garnish with candied jalapeno slices and wedge of lime

Using Haht Mix Spicy Berry

In a glass with ice:

Add 3 on Haht Mix Spicy Berry

3 oz Grapefruit Seltzer

1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice

Garnish with something beautiful! Ideas: Mint, Rosemary, Slice of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Pink Flower

Using Haht Mix Lavender Lemonade

In a glass with ice:

Add 1-2 oz Haht Mix: Lavender Lemonade to taste. 

Fill a glass with Lemon or Lime unsweetened seltzer

Garnish with a fresh squeeze of lemon

Whatever Floats Your Boat
A mocktail called Whatever Floats Your Boat. It is in a round glass and is orange on the bottom, red in the middle and purple around the rim.

This Whatever Floats Your Boat may be alcohol-free, but it’s 100% responsible for your sugar rush and questionable dance moves.

Using Ghia Berry Apéritif

3 Cucumber slices + more for garnish

3/4 oz Honey syrup (1:1 ratio)

1/2 oz Lemon juice

1 1/2 oz Ghia Berry Apéritif

Fennel pollen for garnish

Muddle cucumber slices in shaker tin. Add honey syrup, lemon juice and shake. Finely strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Float the Ghia Berry Apéritif and garnish with a cucumber slice and a pinch of fennel pollen.



She Bites
A mocktail called She bites. It is garnished with a lime and is a light cream colour.

She Bites is sweet, sassy, and a little dangerous—kind of like you.

Using Ghia Original Apéritif

2 oz Ghia Original Apéritif

2 oz ginger beer

Splash of sparkling water

1 lime wedge

Grated lime zest

Pour 2 oz Ghia and mix with 2 oz ginger beer. Stir gently add a splash of sparkling water. Serve in highball glass on the rocks and garnish with a fresh squeezed lime wedge. Finish with dusting of grated lime zest.
