Who says mocktails have to be boring? Need some inspiration? We found some fun alcohol-free recipes using some of our new favorite mixes that we promise you will love!

Spicy Pop

Missing a margarita? The Spicy Pop will have you sweating, exhilarated and questioning if you should start a salsa dance battle.

Flavor vibe: Sweaty, exhilarating, margarita-adjacent 🌶️

Spicy Pop Margharita

Ingredients:

  • Candied jalapeño slices + lime wedge (garnish)
  • Tajin rim
  • Ice
  • 3 oz Haht Mix Spicy Pineapple
  • 3 oz Lime Seltzer
  • Squeeze of lime

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glass with Tajin.
  2. Add ice, Spicy Pineapple mix, seltzer, and lime juice.
  3. Stir and garnish.

Haht Girl Summer

One sip of Haht Girl Summer and suddenly you’ll be strutting like you have a personal theme song playing in the background.

Flavor vibe: Bold, fruity, and sassy—like you strutting with your own theme song.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 3 oz Haht Mix Spicy Berry
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Seltzer
  • 1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • Garnish: Mint, rosemary, slice of ruby red grapefruit, or even a pink edible flower 🌸

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add Haht Mix Spicy Berry, grapefruit seltzer, and grapefruit juice.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with something beautiful (mint, rosemary, citrus slice, or flower).

Lavender Lemonade

Lavender Lemonade tastes like summer, relaxation, and the realization that you are too calm to finish your to-do list!

Flavor vibe: Light, floral, and calming—like summer relaxation in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 1–2 oz Haht Mix Lavender Lemonade (to taste)
  • Lemon or lime unsweetened seltzer
  • Fresh lemon wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add Haht Mix Lavender Lemonade (adjust to taste).
  3. Top with lemon or lime seltzer.
  4. Garnish with a fresh squeeze of lemon.

Whatever Floats Your Boat

This Whatever Floats Your Boat may be alcohol-free, but it’s 100% responsible for your sugar rush and questionable dance moves.

Flavor vibe: Sweet, refreshing, and just a little mischievous—like your sugar rush on the dance floor.

She bites mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 3 cucumber slices (plus extra for garnish)
  • ¾ oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz Ghia Berry Apéritif
  • Fennel pollen (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker tin.
  2. Add honey syrup and lemon juice, then shake.
  3. Finely strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Float the Ghia Berry Apéritif on top.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a pinch of fennel pollen.

She Bites

Flavor vibe: Sweet, sassy, and just a little dangerous—kind of like you.

She Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ghia Original Apéritif
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Grated lime zest (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pour Ghia Original Apéritif into a highball glass over ice.
  2. Add ginger beer and stir gently.
  3. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a fresh-squeezed lime wedge.
  5. Finish with a dusting of grated lime zest.

Whether you’re skipping alcohol for the season, hosting friends, or just want something fresh and fun in your glass, these mocktails prove that booze-free doesn’t mean boring. Shake them up, garnish with something pretty, and sip your way into a good time—no hangover required.
